Hi. I'm making a game called Floraspesia.

It's a hand-drawn story about a magical twig trying to return life to an ancient, mysterious world.

About

Exploration, Puzzles, Nature, and Magic

The world is ruined, ancient, and mysterious: a desolate wasteland. Above it all, the branches of a giant magical tree soar into the clouds. There, you join a living twig in his journey to bring life back to the cold below. Floraspesia is a puzzle game about returning life to a dead world.

Puzzles

Floraspesia is filled with unique, interesting, and satisfying puzzles. As a point and click game, these are integral to the gameplay, so I do plenty of playtests to perfect them. Whether you want to explore the hand-drawn art unimpeded or want to challenge yourself with brain-twisters, there's a difficulty mode for you.

Ancient Mystery

Along your journey, there's lots to discover. As you explore, you begin to piece together the ancient secrets of a lost world. These lights, these machines... what where they doing? Who made them?

Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see the answer to any of your questions, feel free to email nate@floraspesia.com (hi! it's me, the developer)! :D

Well, nice to meet you! I'm Nate, the developer and artist behind this game. My studio is called Twig Games.

I've been working on Floraspesia for a few years now, over which it has changed into something I could have never imagined at the start. Along for the ride are two musicians (and fountains of inspiration!) who have graciously volunteered their time.  They're behind the beautiful, pensive, woody music you hear as you explore.

Floraspesia will be launching first on Steam, for Mac, PC, and Linux.

I don't have a set release date right now, but I'm hoping to release in mid-2024.

Multiple endings? No, not right now. But once you repair your blimp, you can fly to a host of different locations, and explore at your own pace and in your own order. Work as quickly or as slowly as you'd like: there's optional content, easter eggs, and achievements hidden all around. 😎

Sure! If you're interested in playtesting early versions of the game, please reach out to me at nate@floraspesia.com! I can't guarantee a playtesting spot due to demand, but I'll do my best to fit you in.
